All natural weight loss is the ideal way to go…it’s cheaper, safer and you ultimately have to learn how to eat right and exercise anyway.  But how do you do it?  How do you stop those incessant cravings that consume you in the evenings (my bad time),  snack time, any time????

Weight Watchers is a great natural weight loss program that really works if you stick to it, but many people aren’t into the counting and measuring.  You do need to watch your calories though if you are going to lose weight.  You can try those prepackaged diet food plans like Jenny Craig or Nutri System, but it’s truly better for you to eat more fiborous, natural foods or you may end up constipated.

Honestly, there is no quick natural weight loss method unless you want to do the Master Cleanse or some type of fasting program…but that’s rather drastic and it’s no fun eating nothing at all!    Hoodia is a natural weight loss supplement that some people claim works great for them, but I’ve never had any luck with it.  I have had luck with Sam-e.  Sam-e is a chemical your liver produces, but less and less as you get older.  Sam-e helps your liver which needs to be in great shape to lose weight. When I take Sam-e and eat a healthy diet, my weight responds quite nicely.   Another reason many people retain weight is because they are allergic to gluten and don’t realize it.  This in turn causes inflamation which holds onto water.  A gluten free bread recipe may work to satisfy  bread (carboyhydrate) cravings and taste delicious too.  Watch and see if your body doesn’t release weight when when you stop eating gluten.  I don’t think there is any such thing as natural weight loss pills…maybe apple cider vinegar pills.

What I have had a lot of luck with is hypnosis.  I downloaded a weight loss hypnosis mp3 from amazon.com for 99cents and listen to it every night.  It seems to motivate me into eating right and exercising.  Hypnosis works on your sub-conscious mind offering it healthy suggestions.  It works because your subconscious mind can’t tell reality from non reality.  When you see yourself as sexy and thin….you will eventually become it!  I believe it also ties into the law of attraction which is what you put your focus on becomes your reality.  Try it and see for yourself!  You have nothing to lose except maybe 99 cents and a lot of weight!
