The best natural teeth whitening tip is to take care of your teeth and watch what you put in your mouth!  Smoking, coffee, tea and red wine all stain your teeth terribly.  Also, regular dental visits and cleanings will help keep your smile healthy and bright.  Of course some people are born with more of a yellowish colooring to their teeth so no amount of natural whitening will help them get whiter.  Having said all of that, there are some natural teeth whitening remedies that will help you whiten and brighten your smile.

Oil Pulling.  The first is probably lesser known than the rest, but in my humble opinion one of the best ,and also super great for your health too.  It’s called oil pulling.  Oil pulling is an old ayruvedic practice.  Whiter teeth and removing built up plaque is actually only a side benefit from oil pulling.  Most people use it to remove toxins from their body.  Believers claim it cures almost everything under the sun if practiced on a daily basis.  It’s extremely simple to do.  Before you eat anything in the morning, put one tablespoon  of cold pressed oil in your mouth and swish it around for about 25 minutes, or as long as you can stand it.  DO NOT SWALLOW THE OIL!  It is full of toxins and can make you sick if you swallow it.  Simply swish it around, mix it with your saliva, in and out of your teeth.  Spit it out when you are finished and wash out the sink.  Soon you will notice whiter teeeth, brighter eyes, more energy!

Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide.  Baking soda is famous for cleaning.  It’s also great for whitening teeth naturally.  When you make a paste out of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide it really cleans super well.  Be careful not to over do it though.  You don’t want to be too abrasive on your tooth enamel.

Strawberries.  Yes, I said strawberries.  You’d think they would stain your teeth red, however because of the  acid in strawberries, they make an effective natural teeth whitener.  All you do is mash up some strawberries into a paste and try to keep it on  your teeth for a while.  That is the challenging part.  Rinse after about 5 minutes and you will have a brighter looking smile.
