10 Easy at Home Exercises

You no longer have to rely on the gym to give you a great workout; you can count on your home or neighborhood. And your at home workout can be just as effective as the gym would have been, you just have to know what exercises will help you lose weight from home.   •  Running – Running burns off a lot of calories and anyone can do it as long as you have adequate running space and running shoes. If you are a bit unfit, start with walking or jogging.
